108 : 1
ദൈവമേ, എന്റെ മനസ്സു ഉറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ പാടും; എന്റെ മനംകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ കീർത്തനം പാടും.
O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

108 : 2
വീണയും കിന്നരവുമായുള്ളോവേ, ഉണരുവിൻ; ഞാൻ അതികാലത്തെ ഉണരും.
Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.

108 : 3
യഹോവേ, വംശങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഞാൻ നിനക്കു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യും; ജാതികളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഞാൻ നിനക്കു കീർത്തനം പാടും.
I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

108 : 4
നിന്റെ ദയ ആകാശത്തിന്നു മീതെ വലുതാകുന്നു; നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തത മേഘങ്ങളോളം എത്തുന്നു.
For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.

108 : 5
ദൈവമേ, നീ ആകാശത്തിന്നു മീതെ ഉയർന്നിരിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ മഹത്വം സർവ്വഭൂമിക്കും മീതെ തന്നേ.
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;

108 : 6
നിനക്കു പ്രിയമുള്ളവർ വിടുവിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈകൊണ്ടു രക്ഷിച്ചു ഞങ്ങൾക്കു ഉത്തരമരുളേണമേ.
That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.

108 : 7
ദൈവം തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധിയിൽ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ ആനന്ദിക്കും; ഞാൻ ശെഖേമിനെ വിഭാഗിച്ചു സുക്കോത്ത് താഴ്വരയെ അളക്കും.
God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

108 : 8
ഗിലെയാദ് എനിക്കുള്ളതു; മനശ്ശെയും എനിക്കുള്ളതു; എഫ്രയീം എന്റെ തലക്കോരികയും യെഹൂദാ എന്റെ ചെങ്കോലും ആകുന്നു.
Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;

108 : 9
മോവാബ് എനിക്കു കഴുകുവാനുള്ള വട്ടക; ഏദോമിന്മേൽ ഞാൻ എന്റെ ചെരിപ്പു എറിയും; ഫെലിസ്ത ദേശത്തിന്മേൽ ഞാൻ ജയഘോഷംകൊള്ളും.
Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.

108 : 10
ഉറപ്പുള്ള നഗരത്തിലേക്കു എന്നെ ആർ കൊണ്ടുപോകും? ഏദോമിലേക്കു എന്നെ ആർ വഴിനടത്തും?
Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

108 : 11
ദൈവമേ, നീ ഞങ്ങളെ തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞില്ലയോ? ദൈവമേ, നീ ഞങ്ങളുടെ സൈന്യങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ പുറപ്പെടുന്നതുമില്ല.
Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?

108 : 12
വൈരിയുടെ നേരെ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു സഹായം ചെയ്യേണമേ; മനുഷ്യന്റെ സഹായം വ്യർത്ഥമല്ലോ.
Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.

108 : 13
ദൈവത്താൽ നാം വീര്യം പ്രവർത്തിക്കും; അവൻ തന്നേ നമ്മുടെ വൈരികളെ മെതിച്ചുകളയും.
Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
