യേശുവോ ഒലീവ് മലയിലേക്കു പോയി.
Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.

8 : 2
അതികാലത്തു അവൻ പിന്നെയും ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ ചെന്നു; ജനം ഒക്കെയും അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു; അവൻ ഇരുന്നു അവരെ ഉപദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ
And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.

8 : 3
ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും പരീശന്മാരും വ്യഭിചാരത്തിൽ പിടിച്ചിരുന്ന ഒരു സ്ത്രീയെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു നടുവിൽ നിറുത്തി അവനോടു:
And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

8 : 4
ഗുരോ, ഈ സ്ത്രീയെ വ്യഭിചാരകർമ്മത്തിൽ തന്നേ പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

8 : 5
ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ളവരെ കല്ലെറിയേണം എന്നു മോശെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ ഇവളെക്കുറിച്ചു എന്തു പറയുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

8 : 6
ഇതു അവനെ കുറ്റം ചുമത്തുവാൻ സംഗതി കിട്ടേണ്ടതിന്നു അവനെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു ചോദിച്ചതായിരുന്നു. യേശുവോ കുനിഞ്ഞു വിരൽകൊണ്ടു നിലത്തു എഴുതിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

8 : 7
അവർ അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവൻ നിവിർന്നു: “നിങ്ങളിൽ പാപമില്ലാത്തവൻ അവളെ ഒന്നാമതു കല്ലു എറിയട്ടെ” എന്നു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

8 : 8
പിന്നെയും കുനിഞ്ഞു വിരൽകൊണ്ടു നിലത്തു എഴുതിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

8 : 9
അവർ അതു കേട്ടിട്ടു മനസ്സാക്ഷിയുടെ ആക്ഷേപം ഹേതുവായി മൂത്തവരും ഇളയവരും ഓരോരുത്തനായി വിട്ടുപോയി; യേശു മാത്രവും നടുവിൽ നില്ക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീയും ശേഷിച്ചു.
And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

8 : 10
യേശു നിവിർന്നു അവളോടു: “സ്ത്രീയേ, അവർ എവിടെ? നിനക്കു ആരും ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചില്ലയോ ” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു:
When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

8 : 11
ഇല്ല കർത്താവേ, എന്നു അവൾ പറഞ്ഞു. “ഞാനും നിനക്കു ശിക്ഷ വിധിക്കുന്നില്ല: പോക, ഇനി പാപം ചെയ്യരുതു” എന്നു യേശു പറഞ്ഞു.
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

8 : 12
യേശു പിന്നെയും അവരോടു സംസാരിച്ചു: “ഞാൻ ലോകത്തിന്റെ വെളിച്ചം ആകുന്നു; എന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നവൻ ഇരുളിൽ നടക്കാതെ ജീവന്റെ വെളിച്ചമുള്ളവൻ ആകും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

8 : 13
പരീശന്മാർ അവനോടു: നീ നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നേ സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നു; നിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യം സത്യമല്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.

8 : 14
യേശു അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: “ഞാൻ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നേ സാക്ഷ്യം പറഞ്ഞാലും എന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യം സത്യം ആകുന്നു; ഞാൻ എവിടെ നിന്നു വന്നു എന്നും എവിടേക്കു പോകുന്നു എന്നും ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു; നിങ്ങളോ, ഞാൻ എവിടെ നിന്നു വന്നു എന്നും എവിടേക്കു പോകുന്നു എന്നും അറിയുന്നില്ല.
Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.

8 : 15
നിങ്ങൾ ജഡപ്രകാരം വിധിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ ആരെയും വിധിക്കുന്നില്ല.
Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.

8 : 16
ഞാൻ വിധിച്ചാലും ഞാൻ ഏകനല്ല, ഞാനും എന്നെ അയച്ച പിതാവും കൂടെയാകയാൽ എന്റെ വിധി സത്യമാകുന്നു.
And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

8 : 17
രണ്ടു മനുഷ്യരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യം സത്യം എന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിലും എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.
It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.

8 : 18
ഞാൻ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നേ സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നു; എന്നെ അയച്ച പിതാവും എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നു.
I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

8 : 19
അവർ അവനോടു: നിന്റെ പിതാവു എവിടെ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു യേശു: “നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ആകട്ടെ എന്റെ പിതാവിനെ ആകട്ടെ അറിയുന്നില്ല; എന്നെ അറിഞ്ഞു എങ്കിൽ എന്റെ പിതാവിനെയും അറിയുമായിരുന്നു” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.

8 : 20
അവൻ ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ ഉപദേശിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഭണ്ഡാരസ്ഥലത്തുവെച്ചു ഈ വചനം പറഞ്ഞു; അവന്റെ നാഴിക അതുവരെയും വന്നിട്ടില്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു ആരും അവനെ പിടിച്ചില്ല.
These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.

8 : 21
അവൻ പിന്നെയും അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ പോകുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും; നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപത്തിൽ നിങ്ങൾ മരിക്കും; ഞാൻ പോകുന്ന ഇടത്തേക്കു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വരുവാൻ കഴികയില്ല ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.

8 : 22
ഞാൻ പോകുന്ന ഇടത്തേക്കു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വരുവാൻ കഴികയില്ല എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടു പക്ഷേ തന്നെത്താൻ കൊല്ലുമോ എന്നു യെഹൂദന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞു.
Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come.

8 : 23
അവൻ അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾ കീഴിൽനിന്നുള്ളവർ, ഞാൻ മേലിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവൻ; നിങ്ങൾ ഈ ലോകത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവർ, ഞാൻ ഈ ലോകത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവനല്ല.
And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

8 : 24
ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളിൽ നിങ്ങൾ മരിക്കും എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞു; ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവൻ എന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കാഞ്ഞാൽ നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളിൽ മരിക്കും”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

8 : 25
അവർ അവനോടു: നീ ആർ ആകുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു യേശു:“ആദിമുതൽ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു സംസാരിച്ചുപോരുന്നതു തന്നേ.
Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.

8 : 26
നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു വളരെ സംസാരിപ്പാനും വിധിപ്പാനും എനിക്കു ഉണ്ടു; എങ്കിലും എന്നെ അയച്ചവൻ സത്യവാൻ ആകുന്നു; അവനോടു കേട്ടതു തന്നേ ഞാൻ ലോകത്തോടു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.

8 : 27
പിതാവിനെക്കുറിച്ചു ആകുന്നു അവൻ തങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതു എന്നു അവർ ഗ്രഹിച്ചില്ല.
They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.

8 : 28
ആകയാൽ യേശു: “നിങ്ങൾ മനുഷ്യപുത്രനെ ഉയർത്തിയശേഷം ഞാൻ തന്നേ അവൻ എന്നും ഞാൻ സ്വയമായിട്ടു ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ പിതാവു എനിക്കു ഉപദേശിച്ചുതന്നതുപോലെ ഇതു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു എന്നും അറിയും.
Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.

8 : 29
എന്നെ അയച്ചവൻ എന്നോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടു; ഞാൻ എല്ലായ്പോഴും അവന്നു പ്രസാദമുള്ളതു ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവൻ എന്നെ ഏകനായി വിട്ടിട്ടില്ല ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

8 : 30
അവൻ ഇങ്ങനെ സംസാരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പലരും അവനിൽ വിശ്വസിച്ചു.
As he spake these words, many believed on him.

8 : 31
തന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിച്ച യെഹൂദന്മാരോടു യേശു: “എന്റെ വചനത്തിൽ നിലനില്ക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ വാസ്തവമായി എന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരായി,
Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

8 : 32
സത്യം അറികയും സത്യം നിങ്ങളെ സ്വതന്ത്രന്മാരാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

8 : 33
അവർ അവനോടു: ഞങ്ങൾ അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ സന്തതി; ആർക്കും ഒരുനാളും ദാസന്മാരായിരുന്നിട്ടില്ല; നിങ്ങൾ സ്വതന്ത്രന്മാർ ആകും എന്നു നീ പറയുന്നതു എങ്ങനെ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?

8 : 34
അതിന്നു യേശു: “ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു: പാപം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ എല്ലാം പാപത്തിന്റെ ദാസൻ ആകുന്നു.
Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

8 : 35
ദാസൻ എന്നേക്കും വീട്ടിൽ വസിക്കുന്നില്ല; പുത്രനോ എന്നേക്കും വസിക്കുന്നു.
And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

8 : 36
പുത്രൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം വരുത്തിയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ സാക്ഷാൽ സ്വതന്ത്രർ ആകും.
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

8 : 37
നിങ്ങൾ അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ സന്തതി എന്നു ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു; എങ്കിലും എന്റെ വചനത്തിന്നു നിങ്ങളിൽ ഇടം ഇല്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നു.
I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

8 : 38
പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളതു ഞാൻ സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിനോടു കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതു നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു”ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

8 : 39
അവർ അവനോടു: അബ്രാഹാം ആകുന്നു ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു യേശു അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾ അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ മക്കൾ എങ്കിൽ അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു.
They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

8 : 40
എന്നാൽ ദൈവത്തോടു കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ള സത്യം നിങ്ങളോടു സംസാരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യനായ എന്നെ നിങ്ങൾ കൊല്ലുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നു; അങ്ങനെ അബ്രാഹാം ചെയ്തില്ലല്ലോ.
But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.

8 : 41
നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്നു”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അവർ അവനോടു: ഞങ്ങൾ പരസംഗത്താൽ ജനിച്ചവരല്ല; ഞങ്ങൾക്കു ഒരു പിതാവേയുള്ളു; ദൈവം തന്നേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.

8 : 42
യേശു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: “ദൈവം നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവു എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുമായിരുന്നു ഞാൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽനിന്നു വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ സ്വയമായി വന്നതല്ല, അവൻ എന്നെ അയച്ചതാകുന്നു.
Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

8 : 43
എന്റെ ഭാഷണം നിങ്ങൾ ഗ്രഹിക്കാത്തതു എന്തു? എന്റെ വചനം കേൾപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മനസ്സില്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടത്രേ.
Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

8 : 44
നിങ്ങൾ പിശാചെന്ന പിതാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ; നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ മോഹങ്ങളെ ചെയ്‍വാനും ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നു. അവൻ ആദിമുതൽ കൊലപാതകൻ ആയിരുന്നു; അവനിൽ സത്യം ഇല്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു സത്യത്തിൽ നില്ക്കുന്നതുമില്ല. അവൻ ഭോഷ്കു പറയുമ്പോൾ സ്വന്തത്തിൽ നിന്നു എടുത്തു പറയുന്നു; അവൻ ഭോഷ്കു പറയുന്നവനും അതിന്റെ അപ്പനും ആകുന്നു.
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

8 : 45
ഞാനോ സത്യം പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല.
And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

8 : 46
നിങ്ങളിൽ ആർ എന്നെ പാപത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു ബോധം വരുത്തുന്നു? ഞാൻ സത്യം പറയുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കാത്തതു എന്തു? ദൈവസന്തതിയായവൻ ദൈവവചനം കേൾക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ ദൈവസന്തതിയല്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു കേൾക്കുന്നില്ല.
Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

8 : 47

He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

8 : 48
യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനോടു: നീ ഒരു ശമര്യൻ; നിനക്കു ഭൂതം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നതു ശരിയല്ലയോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?

8 : 49
അതിന്നു യേശു: “എനിക്കു ഭൂതമില്ല; ഞാൻ എന്റെ പിതാവിനെ ബഹുമാനിക്ക അത്രേ ചെയ്യുന്നതു; നിങ്ങളോ എന്നെ അപമാനിക്കുന്നു.
Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.

8 : 50
ഞാൻ എന്റെ മഹത്വം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നില്ല; അന്വേഷിക്കയും വിധിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ഒരുവൻ ഉണ്ടു.
And I seek not mine own glory: there is one that seeketh and judgeth.

8 : 51
ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു: എന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവൻ ഒരുനാളും മരണം കാൺകയില്ല ” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.

8 : 52
യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനോടു: നിനക്കു ഭൂതം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു ഇപ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു മനസ്സിലായി; അബ്രാഹാമും പ്രവാചകന്മാരും മരിച്ചു; നീയോ എന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവൻ ഒരുനാളും മരണം ആസ്വദിക്കയില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്നു.
Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.

8 : 53
ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവായ അബ്രാഹാമിനെക്കാൾ നീ വലിയവനോ? അവൻ മരിച്ചു, പ്രവാചകന്മാരും മരിച്ചു; നിന്നെത്തന്നെ നീ ആർ ആക്കുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു യേശു:
Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself?

8 : 54
“ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ എന്റെ മഹത്വം ഏതുമില്ല; എന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതു എന്റെ പിതാവു ആകുന്നു; അവനെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവം എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നു.
Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God:

8 : 55
എങ്കിലും നിങ്ങൾ അവനെ അറിയുന്നില്ല; ഞാനോ അവനെ അറിയുന്നു; അവനെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞാൽ നിങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ ഭോഷ്കുപറയുന്നവൻ ആകും; എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ അവനെ അറിയുന്നു; അവന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.

8 : 56
നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവായ അബ്രാഹാം എന്റെ ദിവസം കാണും എന്നുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു ഉല്ലസിച്ചു; അവൻ കണ്ടു സന്തോഷിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.

8 : 57
യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനോടു: നിനക്കു അമ്പതു വയസ്സു ആയിട്ടില്ല; നീ അബ്രാഹാമിനെ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?

യേശു അവരോടു: “ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു: അബ്രാഹാം ജനിച്ചതിന്നു മുമ്പേ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടു ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

അപ്പോൾ അവർ അവനെ എറിവാൻ കല്ലു എടുത്തു; യേശുവോ മറഞ്ഞു ദൈവാലയം വിട്ടു പോയി.
Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.
